About this Event
Introducing the Future Collaborations Festival: an annual event weaving together the extraordinary talents of neurodivergent and neurotypical musicians.
Born from a vision of inclusivity and collaboration, this festival invites you to celebrate diversity in music.
Future Collaborations 2024 will take place at the prestigious Gosforth Civic Theatre on Saturday, September 14th.
Backed by the support of The Arts Council and AutismAble, our festival serves as more than just an exhibition of amazing music.
The festival embodies a grander purpose, providing meaningful work experience to neurodivergent youth. From set-up to clean-up, artist liaison to stage management, ticketing to marketing, our festival offers hands-on learning opportunities in all facets of event production. These budding professionals will also take on accessibility audits, safety planning, first aid station management, photography, videography, and event stewardship, offering them a wide selection of work experience and potential career paths.
