The theme of the 2024 edition of the event is Building Resilient Futures: Integrating Carbon Neutrality, Circular Economy, and Inclusive Urban Development.

• Resilience in housing and community adaptation,
• Circularity by reducing construction waste and resource use,
• Water conservation and equitable access, biodiversity through nature-based solutions,
• Health improvement across building and city environments, and
• Equity in access to sustainable homes and communities.
