Join us for this mixed-level class, where we will begin learning Violet Kind-Just's "Mutespell" choreography! No dance experience is required. This class is meant for FUN and is super casual - dress up as much as you want, or wear yoga pants and a t-shirt. :-) Be ready to move and laugh and rock out to some good tunes. Core moves will include shimmies, undulations, twists, and other expressive movements.Instructor: Krista Spaeth (Fly Fusion Expansion Certified Instructor)
Time: 7-8pm on Thursdays
Location: Lake Wissota Family Chiropractic in Chippewa Falls (downtown)
