🌸 Fused Glass Handkerchief Tealight Workshop 🌸Join glass artist Fleur Carruthers for this brand-new fused glass workshop for 2026! In this creative session, you’ll design and make a beautiful draped handkerchief-style tealight holder — a stunning piece that captures movement and light in glass.
🩵 About the workshop
You’ll start with an 18 cm square sheet of glass, layering your own colours and textures using frits and glass elements before it’s fused twice in a two-stage kiln process — once to create your unique design and again to achieve its elegant, flowing shape.
✨ No experience needed — this workshop is perfect for beginners and returning glass enthusiasts alike. Fleur will guide you step-by-step throughout, helping you create something truly special.
🎨 All materials provided, including pre-cut glass, frits and enamels
⏰ Session lasts around 2.5 hours
🦶 Closed-toe shoes required for safety
🍰 £75 per person — includes all materials, kiln firing, drinks, and cake. Full Payment before the day.
Your finished tealight holder will be carefully transported to Fleur’s studio for firing and returned to Ditzy Rose Makery for collection within two weeks.
