Fused Glass Floral Wave

Join us for a fun event where you can create your very own fused glass floral wave. This event is perfect for unleashing your artistic side and learning the art of glass fusion. Claire Myers, an experienced glass fuser, will guide you through the process, from selecting colourful glass pieces to arranging and fusing them together to create a stunning wave .
No previous experience is needed as you will learn how to apply frit (crushed glass), stringers (glass rods) and shaped pieces of glass to a coloured glass rectangle in order to make one charming and unique piece, measuring approximately 24x9 cm.
The workshop is £75 per person and is 1.5 hours long. This includes all materials and refreshments. You will work on a flat piece of glass and it will be fired on a mold to create the wave effect which will allow it to stand independently.
After firing you will be able to collect from The Craft House about a week later. Maximum of 6 people per workshop and over 18's only please.
