Fused Glass Christmas Trees – November 28

Skill Level: Beginner
In this class, students will learn how to use various types of fused glass, required tools, and glass embellishments. In addition, learn the basic technique of cutting, assembling, and decorating the glass. Students will then apply that information to create 2 holiday trees on a base or designed to be hung. The finished project will measure approximately 8“tall.
After the class, the projects will be taken to the instructor’s studio, where they will be fired in the kiln to melt and mold the glass. The student’s projects will be returned to the Guild in approximately 2 to 3 weeks after the class.
No prior experience is necessary, and all materials are included in the tuition. Celebrate the season with creativity and leave with beautiful, handmade holiday decor to keep or give as gifts!
