Fused Glass Academy 102 -
Fused Glass Landscapes – Fused Glass Academy Series
Dive into depth, dimension, and expressive design in Fused Glass Landscapes – Fused Glass Academy Series. This inspiring intermediate workshop invites you to create a stunning layered glass landscape using color blending, thoughtful composition, and tack fuse techniques.
You’ll explore how to build scenic compositions through strategic layering and intentional color placement, creating depth and atmosphere within a 6" x 6" format. Tack fusing techniques will add dimensional texture, allowing elements of your landscape to rise and create visual interest.
Emphasis will be placed on balanced composition, clean layering, and understanding how firing schedules impact texture and form. By the end of class, you’ll have a finished landscape panel and the confidence to continue developing scenic designs during Open Studio sessions.
