Build your very own 3-legged sitting stool in this furniture building class. You will learn the basic techniques needed for building more complex furniture, including tables and chairs. You will be introduced to "rake & splay", sight lines, tapered through tenons, blind tenons, and wedged joints.
Prerequisites: None
Tools Required: Each student is responsible for supplying their own bench plane (3, 4 or 5), card scraper, mallet, bevel gauge, sanding block, scribe, flex cut saw, pencil, safety glasses and hearing protection.
