Kicking off the show is the very funny mother.....KELLS MORTON.* With her unique laid back style, this "funny mother" is one of Virginia's up and coming comedians. Kells Morton's comic perspective on life has landed her an appearance on The Michael Colyar show as well as gigs at the Va Beach Funny Bone and the Push Comedy Theater. You can catch her slinging jokes all throughout the DMV area and all surrounding states...but she'll be in Ptown at MoMac on Sunday May 12th ! Then you'll giggle at the very funny mother....ALLIE DARDEN.* Simply put, Allie Darden is the kind of mother you wish you had growing up. She gets to the point and has a chill vibe while doing it. Onstage, she has a no nonsense style of telling about her life adventures both present and past. She's a regular at Cozzy's in Newport News and at the Push Comedy Theater. And....she recently won 2nd Place at the "Clash of the Comics" competition at the Va Beach Funny Bone!

Up after that is the very funny mother....JOY JULIAN.* You may have seen the charming Joy Julian on television telling jokes on "Coast Comedy Live" or maybe you saw her this past summer open for the legendary Jimmy "JJ" Walker ! A mother of a teenage girl, Joy Julian brings energy and fun to ANY stage. Joy has plenty to say about topics such as: motherhood, teaching, weight loss, weight gain and being a cancer survivor. Joy's comedy is clean and fast with a bit of an edge and her delivery resonates well with mixed audiences. Maybe you've seen her on the small screen as Joy has acted on the Discovery ID channel on shows such as "Happily Never After," "Monsters & Mysteries in America" and "Ice Cold Killers." Then closing out the show is the very funny mother.....SONYA KING.Look up "deadpan" in the dictionary and you will see a photo of Sonya King. Though we just made that fact up, it very well might happen as Sonya brings a wicked, smart, slow burn to the stage. Her razor sharp wit is simultaneously both powerful and subtle! You've seen her on "The View" where she made Whoopi Goldberg giggle and got the attention of comedy club bookers all over! This funny mother is clean and clever and calm and concise with her jokes.
