Benny Bostrom & the Green Onions is a vintage organ quartet based in Tacoma, Washington, celebrating the timeless sounds of jazz, blues, and soul. Fronted by harmonica player Benny Bostrom on both chromatic and diatonic harmonica, and featuring Elliott Turner on organ, Zak Stoldt on drums, and Bryan Davis on guitar, the band breathes new life into classic tunes with expressive melodies and deep respect for the music's rich history.
Together, Benny Bostrom & the Green Onions pay tribute to the legendary artists and ensembles that shaped the organ-jazz and blues traditions, drawing inspiration from Jimmy Smith, Jack McDuff, Cannonball Adderley, Eddie Harris, Duke Ellington, Little Walter, and many more.
