Franko, a filmmaker and a music aficionado, unwillingly finds himself on an adventure across former Yugoslavia to find the one single vinyl record that is missing from his collection - the legendary Ulica Jorgovana 7-inch single, one of the finest examples of Yugoslav funk. Along the way, Franko meets a variety of colorful characters whom he interviews to get a glimpse into the human need for collecting. He encounters collectors Peđa and Tošo; DJs Bader, Woo-D and Bakto; record-store owner Borko; and many others, all who share their personal connections with vinyl, music, and show-off some of their favorite funk music from former Yugoslavia.
