Fungi Fest - Costume/Prop Design and Volunteer Meeting

In preparation for the North Seierra Spore Societies Fall Fungi Festival, held at the beautiful Lake Concow Campgrounds, October 25th..... we invite our community of mycolovers to join us in our fungi costume design and prop making workshop. We're aiming to make this a fungtastic and magical event for all our attendees and need help creating Mushroom Hats and Designing Outfits for our Flash Fungi Fashion show which will take place durring our October event. We are also asking assistance from the community to help create giant mushroom props to be placed throughout the event but will particularly be used to decorate and make a fun area for our youngest mycoenthusiasts, our kids!
Our Fungi Fairy Forest area will be made just for littles to come explore, do fun activities and learn about the incredible world of mycology with hands on Spore Explorer instructors availible to help answer all their curious questions.
This is going to be an amazing event, but will not be possible without a few dedicated volunteers and some community support. All Volunteers will recieve one free NSSS T shirt during the Festival at check in.
