Join Lisa Kenny and get a glimpse into the world of mycology through a hands-on workshop. Arrive curious and prepare to learn the basics of mycology, how mycology can support community resilience, some benefits and uses of fungi, and get hands-on experience practicing the inoculation process by building kits to grow edible mushrooms at home.
Free grow-kits will be offered at the end of the workshop which will include a spray bottle, your own fully inoculated bucket set-up, and ready to fruit pearl oyster mushrooms!
