Sound Bathing allows you relax and destress as you’re immersed in a sonic massage and a cellular cleanse for your mind, body and soul.
We’ll set intentions before you drift off into heavenly soundscapes to relax & release.
Only the highest vibrations and supporting energies will surround you to help clear tension and soothe you back into harmony & blissful deep relaxation.
Float and drift through a magical sound frequency adventure with the bowls, chimes, drums and many musical instruments as you rest snug in your warm cocoon.
Nothing is expected of you but to lay down, relax, soak up the magic in your comfy nest and receive the Sacred Sounds they gift to you.
Please bring something cosy with you like blankets and cushions or anything that you need to help you get comfy and keep you warm. If you have your own yoga mat or similar, please bring one too and some water.
