As many of you know, sweet Myah,a beautiful soul from our community,is going through a delicate and challenging time, and she needs all of our love, support, and healing energy.
As ALMA we have always been here in service to our community and to anyone in need,but especially when families like Myah’s are navigating a battle as profound and exhausting as cancer.
Families walking this path need more than financial support. They need moral support, spiritual strength, collective prayer, open hearts, and unconditional love.
We lovingly invite you to join us once again for a heart-centered gathering of yoga, meditation, and reki healing in honor of this beautiful girl.
It will be a soulful morning filled with yoga, yoga nidra, meditation, and Reiki healing,a space to breathe together, hold space, and send light where it is most needed.
In exchange for your presence and your loving energy, you will receive reiki healing, a gift bag filled with thoughtful keepsakes and beautiful offerings to take home and some tea&cake.
