Hello everyone! Miss Hmong USA 2022, Hnub Ci Xiong and I will be hosting a volleyball tournament fundraiser for Hnub Ci’s scholarships program. We will be selling Kapoon/steamrolls and drinks. All funding will go towards the scholarship program to support Hmong students on their higher education. Men teams are full

Volleyball: Men and Women
$50 registration
First serve at 9am.

Will only take first and second place
Price = Trophy ? for first and second.
Outdoor(Hmong Rule):
-Setting/Overhead passing the serve/attack is considered illegal unless your hands are locked together. However, If an attack touches the blockers hands, set/overhead pass is legal.
-No stepping/crossing the middle line.
-Must have 6 on court at all times unless you have an injured player.
-The ball may touch only the arms and hands of the body. Any other body part(s) touched by the -ball will result in a fault
-Any set that goes over the net is considered a dead ball and possession goes to the other team. They call these oversets. However, you're only allowed to set the ball over if you have both legs planted and your body is facing the net.
-If the ball touches the net on the serve it's a dead ball and possession goes to the other team.
Rotation:
- Hmong rule rotation: A player is allowed to be in the front or back row position only for three rotations. As long as they alternate front and back row every 3 rotations.
- Or you can rotate clockwise.
