Join us for Fundamentals With Alignment September 27th from 1-3pm.

In this workshop you will be invited to learn, or relearn, some of the fundamental yoga poses most often offered in yoga classes.

New to yoga? This is a great opportunity for you to gain the knowledge to feel more confident when attending group classes.
Long time Yogi? This may be the refresher you need to find better alignment within your flows.
Join Naomi for this offering to enhance your practice, wether you’re a novice or veteran practitioner.
Hands on assists, with your permission, will be offered throughout the workshop to aid in your personal mind body connection.
