This class provides a supportive environment tailored to all skill levels, especially beginners. We will use a template to create our stained glass panel. This is a larger panel than our one day beginner classes and is offered at the request of so many previous students.

Students have open access to the Stained Glass Lab at MakerSpace for the duration of the class.

Session One: Students will learn and perform the basics of glass selection, cutting, grinding, foiling, and burnishing.

Session Two: Students will continue grinding and foiling their pieces. If you don’t finish foiling and burnishing your pieces in class, you will take your pieces home to complete foiling and burnishing. You’ll take a fid and plenty of foil to have your pieces ready for the next session.
