We’re excited to be able to offer FUNDAMENTALS OF SOUND HEALING, a Level 1 Sound Bath Training Course at Enjoy Yoga in Costa Mesa, CA!Taking our years of experience both teaching in a private setting alongside our experience in both playing music and crafting sound healing ceremonies, this weekend immersion is dedicated to helping those interested in learning sound healing learn the foundations and fundamentals of playing the instruments commonly used on sound healing, crystal singing bowls and planetary gongs.

During this comprehensive weekend workshop, you’ll be able to learn how to play these instruments from a technical standpoint and develop the skills to begin your mastery of these instruments from both a musical and meditative manner. You’ll delve into understanding the profound benefits of sound healing and how certain tones can invoke different emotional shifts, all while developing deeper insights about your own story through the practice of presence.

This curriculum is tailored specifically for beginners or those curious about exploring mindfulness practices.

Over the course of two days, you'll embark on a transformative exploration of sound, music, and healing. This includes mastering the intricacies of ten distinct planetary gongs and two beginner sets of seven crystal singing bowls. Why should I learn from you?

Is it necessary to have musical experience to take this training?

Absolutely not. I will personally convey the necessary musical theory during your training.

Do I need my own set of instruments for the training?

No, we provide all the instruments you'll need for the training. However, if you have your own instruments and wish to practice with them, feel free to bring them along. Our experience enables us to work with a wide range of planetary gongs and crystal singing bowls.

Why is the certificate optional?

While some may claim that certification is mandatory for sound healing practice, we believe in transparency. To enroll in this course is a commitment to self-improvement and spiritual growth. However, we understand that, for some, a certificate of completion is a testament to their dedication. Certain individuals or establishments may require certification to host public sound events, and our Level 2 Sound Healer Training Course prepares you for this, culminating in a Sound Healer Certificate upon completion.

Cancellation Policy:

- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]

- Cancellations received on or before Friday, August 8th, 2025 will receive a refund minus a 50% cancellation fee.

- Cancellations received between Saturday, August 9th, 2025, and Sunday August 24th, 2025 will receive a refund minus a 75% cancellation fee.

- Cancellations received after Sunday, August 24th, 2025, are not eligible for a refund.

- Once the event sells out, no refunds or credits shall be issued for any reason.
