In this 3 hour workshop, students will learn the fundamentals of sound healing and its many applications for maintaining a healthy mindset, balanced, activated and open physical and energy body. We will cover the history, science, theories, and roles of drums/shakers, flutes, hand pans, gongs, harmonium, shruti box, singing bowls, and voice. After learning the elements of how sound healing works, participants will receive a deeply relaxing theta state inducing sound bath. All experience levels, belief systems and body types are welcome.
Kevin Kraft is a multidisciplinary wellness practitioner, musician, and author dedicated to fostering holistic well-being through sound and mindfulness.
