The fundamentals of flow is a beginner friendly hoop dance class series designed to set you up with essential skills to get you started on your flow arts journey. Each week we will be covering various tricks, transitions and vocabulary to fall deeper into your connection to your movement practice. See visuals for a break down of each weeks topics.
Taught by Joey Skorks, certified Hoop love coach, every Wednesday 4-5pm. Hoops are provided and we also have some for sale but you're also welcome to bring your own. Sign up for entire course for $160 ($20 each) or individual classes are $30. Runs September 3- October 22. After class we have an all prop flow jam for anyone wanting to hang and practice a little more. (free). Dm to register, hope to flow with you soon!
