This class will cover how to dial in espresso, how to make adjustments to suit your palate, and explore the nuances of what makes for a perfect shot. You'll leave with a better understanding of how to improve your espresso at home, or just an appreciation for the care and skill that goes into every doppio.

Each attendee will leave with a bag of coffee to brew at home, as well as all the coffee samples they care to enjoy!
