Weekend Series

Sunday, 6/7 and 6/21, 4 pm-7 pm.Optional Weekly Thursday(7.15pm-8.45pm) Support Class: 1.5 hours

Contrubution

No prior experience is necessary — beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome.

Each session includes teaching, guided breath practice, and group integration:

Refining the breath: Conscious and Correct Breathing
Lesson 2: Foundation of Breathing
3 Foundational Breathing: Lengthening Exhalation, Full Belly Breathing, Hip Rocking Breathing (Spinal Movements)
Lesson 3: Basic Anatomy of Breath: The Science of Breathing, dismantling Restricted Breathing Patterns
Lesson 4: Application of Breathing and Yoga Nidra for Health and Wellness, HRV and Vagus Nerve, regulating Heart, Nervous System, and Breath
Cherent Breathing, Conscious



About the Facilitator

Mahendra is a breathwork facilitator with years of experience guiding individuals and groups in conscious breathing, healing, and spiritual growth. His approach blends traditional wisdom, modern breath awareness, and compassionate presence to help participants reconnect with their vitality and inner peace.
