Fundamental Tai Chi Class in Sunnyvale

Besides learning the fundamental principle and movement of Tai Chi, this class is both fun and practical.

We will continue with basic Tai Chi principle and Silk-Reeling (缠丝功) exercises. In addition, Hun-Yuan Qigong (太极混元内功) exercises, 24 Hun-Yuan Tai Chi forms (陳式心意混元二十四式太極拳) and Baguazhang (八卦掌) exercises will be introduced in this class.

Location: Near Upper Pond in Sunnyvale Community Center Park (on E. Remington Dr.)
