Functional Medicine Pillars, Goal Setting, and Vision Boards

We will learn about the 5 pillars of health in functional medicine- stress management, sleep, nutrition, healthy movement and exercise, and community/connectedness. Set goals using effective tools you will take home and create a vision board to stay inspired. We will also hear a brief presentation about a pain management device helping many people manage pain without drugs. Snacks and materials provided. Parking is free. The space is wheelchair accessible.
