Weekly open level cross disciplinary movement practice, ALL are welcome! We meet every Saturday from 13-14:30 (Indre By).
Join us us if you've been craving a movement space where you can play, explore and experiment as you develop
* mobility,
* soft-acrobatic skills,
* hand stands (inversions),
* play fight (grappling, boxing, capoeira inspired ...)
* floor/ground work,
* coordination,
* strength,
* sensitivity,
* rhythm,
* reaction and so on.
This practice is holistic, and each practice is usually shaped through conditioning, skill development, experimentation (i.e movement puzzles and prompts) and partner or solo play where we put everything together.

We learn to move by ourselves with freedom, as well as, together.

This practice carries us over into many applications from dance, sports, martial arts, safely falling or being able to carry luggage up the stairs. It is, what some may call, 'attribution building'.

Again ... this class is Open Level, and every one will be able to find ways to scale the practice based on abilities and capacity for each practice.

About Me;
My name is Kenta 🙂
I am a movement practitioner with roots in acrobatics, dance (breaking, house, contact improv), as well as, sports, martial arts (currently training with PIOMA a JKD concepts school), spiritual somatic practices, and have been for most of my life.
I am originally from California, and now live in Copenhagen with my partner Laura (who is the other half of our movement 'studio').
I'm interested in multi-disciplinary practices that encourages longevity and connection to the self and each other through play and experimentation.
