About this Event

Holiday Dates: Please note that class will not meet on November 29.

Functional Fitness is a 1-hour exercise class that focuses on building strength, balance, and stability. Participants will be guided through appropriate exercises using weights and resistance bands.

This class meets Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for 6 weeks.

All experience levels are welcome!

NOTICE OF TWO PROGRAM POLICY: Community Health Education Center (CHEC) programs are designed to be the first step on the path of your continued wellness journey. To ensure we can continue serving our community in this role, participants of this program are only eligible to attend for a total of two (2) series. Following completion of the second series, the participant will no longer be able to attend the same program but may attend other CHEC programing. Please contact the CHEC with questions about this policy.
