This all level Yoga class is a focused on functional movement, emphasizing mobility, stability, and strength in ways that support daily activities and overall well-being. Instead of striving for “perfect” poses, this class aims to work with your body to fit your individual needs and capabilities. This approach helps to improve posture, reduce your risk of injury, and gain more body awareness.
