? Meet Your Host: Isaac of Still Running

The Community Fun Runs are led by Isaac of Still Running, who brings a deep, mindful approach to running and movement. His journey into endurance sports began with a tough season on his high school cross-country team, which led him to step away from running—only to return years later with a new perspective.

After years of exploring meditation, yoga, and spiritual practices, Isaac rediscovered running as a meaningful, embodied ritual. Since 2020, it’s been a cornerstone of his personal growth and community connection. Today, Isaac blends sports science with yogic philosophy, mindfulness, and breathwork to create a holistic and welcoming environment for all runners.

Isaac lives in Providence and is passionate about helping others experience movement as a source of joy, healing, and belonging.
