This is an introductory class to a 6 week meditation series at Avalon Visions, happening on

Sundays March 31st - May 12th (April 21st no class)

1:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Class may run until 3:15 to allow for a break in the middle.

The course is led by Elizabeth Lee, Artist and Intuitive.

Elizabeth worked as a CranialSacral Therapist for over a decade. During this time she began seeing energies during her treatments. To better understand these visions, Elizabeth trained for several years in a Rosicrucian-based clairvoyant school. She is a minister in the Church of Natural Grace and has been an Intuitive Reader since 2006.

Elizabeth is also the creator of the Inner Light Moon Oracle Deck: a deck based on Chinese 5 Element Theory, the Chinese Zodiac and Asian Archetypes. Elizabeth leads a Set Your New Moon Intentions Oracle Night every New Moon at Avalon Visions.

A Hapa artist, Elizabeth discovered the Tarot in high school. Her spiritual journey led her to practice Chen Style Tai Chi with Master Zhang Xue Xin, a senior indoor student of Grandmaster Feng Zhiqiang. She is a 19th generation student of this lineage. If there is interest, she may share some of these exercises in the class.
