You’ll learn how to:

• Understand the history of pizza and the difference between flour types
• Master hydration and fermentation for a soft, airy crust
• Mix and knead dough by hand – no mixer needed
• Stretch and shape your own pizza like a pro
• Balance toppings for authentic Italian flavor
• Bake at home using a standard electric oven
