FUN and ENRICHING Summer Fencing Day Camp!

Come join our SUPER FUN and enriching camp! Fencing is an awesome, empowering combat sport where you don’t have to worry about broken noses! It’s like playing chess with a weapon, and creates a healthy body and healthy mind. In our day camp, youth will explore strength and agility training, play lots of fencing related games, learn about the weapons, protective gear and safety, learn how to bout using new skills, strategy and tactics, use electronic score equipment, and learn how to be both a gracious winner AND “good loser.” Breathing exercises, functional training techniques and yoga will be covered as well.
