Warmly welcome to celebrate the return of the light. We come together to honor the gifts of the darkness and to celebrate the slowly returning light. Let's celebrate and travel together through the solstice portal, moving through the 5Rhythms map Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness. No previous experience required.

Susanne and Adam have been dancing and living the 5Rhythms for many years. They are both accredited 5Rhythms teachers, having completed the global teacher training in 2018 and 2021, respectively. They offer classes and workshops primarily in Sweden and Portugal.
