Spectrum Wellness offers, in collaboration with Kika Krutop, a soothing and uplifting experience designed to help you unwind and recharge during this dark, cold time of the year. The ultimate relaxation and self-care event, held at Spectrum Wellness at Kalvebod Brygge, guides you into a quiet evening of relaxation, warmth and well-being.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
* Warm and inviting environment: The evening starts in our unique underground Wellness area, where the temperature is set to a tropical 30°C. Here you can enjoy the 25 meter heated pool, steam bath, foot baths and experience showers.
* Saunagus sessions: We start the evening with relaxation and the opportunity to participate in small Saunagus sessions led by Gusmester Kim Strand. These sessions involve the use of aromatic essential oils and short stories as well as guided breathing, designed to bring both body and mind into a deep state of relaxation which helps you focus on inner peace and balance.
* Sound bath: When the body’s stress has subsided and you have disconnected from the outside world and changed into dry clothes, you move on to a deeply relaxing sound bath. This sound therapy, which is amplified in the beautiful large, high-ceilinged and warm Wellness room, will help to balance and recharge you physically and mentally.
* Beautiful spa surroundings: The event takes place in the tropical-like heat of the Scandic Spectrum spa area, where you will feel pampered from the moment you arrive.
* Healthy snacks and drinks: Fresh fruit, nuts, water and organic tea will be available throughout the evening as you travel through this relaxing experience.
As a break from a busy day, this evening is perfect for relaxing and giving yourself a chance to seek out and embracing atmosphere of warmth, relaxation and healing in a peaceful environment.
