Join FULLCIRCLE and Aneva for a one of a kind weekend throwdown. FULLCIRCLE is bringing the community together for an amazing educational, sweaty, fun afternoon! Breathwork will be hosted by Spiritual Technician @ajmakeithappen. Then the fun and fabulous Fit Pro Dorian Cervantes will lead an Open level Full body strength +cardio conditioning for you to get strong and sweaty! Dorian is a Certified Fit Pro, Professional Dancer, and 4x NPC Fitness Division Champion. Her goal is to have you leaving her class feeling strong, confident, and Unstoppable! Lastly, @Ingridsolbaquero a local Astorian and amazing yoga teach will lead a short yoga practice to finish. Stay post workout for the cold plunge and sauna vibes on Aneva's roof!
