🤎 You are invited to join me and MaMa CaCao for a sacred plant medicine ceremony 🤎
I spent much of May this year, in the Peruvian High Amazon jungle , where I joined with local medicine women and ancestral Shamans during powerful healing plant medicine ceremonies.
Mama Cacao first called me in 2023 when I begun my initial Shamanic practitioner study , learning more about the plant medicines used by Shamanic tribes , including Cacao 🌱
The location for our ceremony is Sunfyr Barns and I welcome you all to this amazing space for this very special gathering.
During our time together we will open ourselves to
Cleansing ritual 🌱
Gentle breathwork connecting us to our inner selves and bringing us to a relaxed state 🌱
Guided meditations 🌱
Introduction to Mama Cacao . A short introduction to the history and use of Mama Cacao🌱
Intention setting- a moment for us set our intentions of meeting the spirit of cacao and opening oursleves up to her divine wisdom 🌱
Drumming together to allow the synchronisation of both hemispheres of our brains - allowing us to enter a deep relaxed state.
WHAT DO I BRING?
Wear loose comfortable clothing.
Please come , au natural , without fragrance ( Deodorant is ok)
Cushion and yoga mat to place on top of mine for additional Comfort.
You may wish to bring a small item to place on our centrepiece altar . Something that brings you joy or is precious to you or a photo of a loved one ✨
I have 10 Drums for use during the ceremony ( along with shamanic rattles ) but if you do have your own drum , please bring it 🪘

Please arrive for 3.30/40pm for a prompt 4pm start ✨
Tell me more about cacao itself 🌱
Ceremonial cacao is a sacred plant medicine -used by Shamanic tribes for many generations- and consuming it in a Ceremonial environment will allow you to open your heart energy , help to connect with the truth of who you are and allow to to be able to hear your own inner voice more clearly.

As with plant medicine ceremonies it is a guidance to eat lightly 3-4 hrs before attending a ceremony , to allow for a deeper connection to the Cacao .
A Selection of fruit etc will be available to help you ground before your journey home .

Herbal and other drinks will be available after the ceremony 😊 .

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Contraindications to cacao. Be mindful consuming ceremonial quantities of ceremonial cacao if you have heart conditions or are on any SSRI medication or similar medication which changes the brains chemical composition . Please let me Know so I will adjust the amount appropriately or can offer a herbal alternative 🙂🙏
