This course is designed specifically for women riders and focuses on real-world emergency situations that can happen on the trail, track, road, or during group rides. Whether you’re a beginner rider or highly experienced, these are life-saving skills every rider should know.

Participants will receive:

• Rider-specific first aid training
• CPR certification
• Emergency response education tailored to motorcycle and off-road incidents
• Hands-on learning in a supportive women-only environment
