Full Strawberry Moon Sound Bath & Ceremony

Meditate and set your intentions for the future during this month's full moon. We will begin by placing our seats and opening this ceremony with a mantra.

Then we will write down our intentions before laying in savasana while Gian and Sotantar play the vibrations of gongs and other vibrational instruments to deepen our meditation and rejuvenate our bodies. 

This full moon rises in the astrological sign of Capricorn, a sign associated with drive, ambition, and discipline. Use this energy to elevate yourself and focus on your goals and aspirations.

We recommend you bring:

a notebook or piece of paper and a pen to write down your intentions

a yoga mat

eye coverings (optional)

a blanket (optional)
