This month we’re heading to Chennai Spices Downtown, one of Calgary’s go-to spots for bold South Indian, North Indian, and Hakka flavours, and we’re doing it Full Spread style.
Expect a table packed with classics and favourites, served family-style so everyone gets to try everything.
We’ll be sharing dishes like:
Samosa & vada
Masala dosa
Butter chicken & Chettinad chicken
Chapati & paratha
Kothu
Biryani
Hakka fried rice & noodles
…and more.
It’s a mix of crispy, spicy, creamy, smoky, and comforting, the kind of meal where every plate tastes different and every round feels better than the last.
