Join us for a Full Snow Moon cOMmUNITY Yoga gathering at the pier, a sunset practice designed to help you pause, release, and reconnect.

The February Full Moon, known as the Snow Moon, invites stillness, reflection, and quiet strength. It reminds us that rest is not stagnation, and that clarity often arises when we allow ourselves to slow down.

This all-levels practice weaves together mindful movement, breath, and intention-setting, guided by the rhythm of the ocean and the energy of the Full Moon. We’ll move gently, create space for release, and close in stillness as the moon rises.

This is more than a Yoga class; it’s a shared moment of presence and community.
