These lessons occur on week 3 and week 6 of the usual term at Pooch Paws St.Olaves. (apart from scheduled annual leave)“Elevate your dog’s skills and confidence!”
Pooch Pro Academy is an exclusive, intermediate-level training program designed for dogs who have already mastered the basics and are ready to step up their game. Hosted every three weeks at Pooch Paws Dog Training Club, this series focuses on refining skills, tackling real-life challenges, and building unshakable trust between you and your dog.
What to Expect
Each class is carefully designed to advance your dog’s abilities while keeping sessions engaging and fun. Here’s a sneak peek of what’s included:
Advanced Obedience
Fine-tune commands like long-distance recalls, sustained stays, and polite lead walking in high-distraction environments.
Real-Life Scenarios
Prepare your dog for everyday challenges, including calm café manners, urban walk etiquette, and handling unusual or noisy environments with confidence.
Confidence Building
Introduce new experiences like navigating obstacles, and exploring sensory activities to boost your dog’s trust and focus.
Interactive Challenges
Enjoy games and exercises that combine obedience and play, such as agility fun, treasure hunts, and group relay races.
Off-Leash Training
Safely practice advanced off-leash heelwork and recall skills in a controlled environment.
Who It’s For
This program is ideal for dogs over the age of 1 year who have achieved a bronze level or higher in their training and are ready to refine their skills and tackle new challenges.

Joining Details
Two classes per term at St.Olaves village hall
Class occur on week 3 and week 6 of the term
£40 per term
After the initial sign up each payment will be taken on week 4 of the term for the next term
Subscription-based class, cancel anytime
8pm - 9pm
Maximum of five to a class
Classes are taught by Katey Aldred or another trainer in her absence
The 21st of January & the 11th of February are the class dates for term one.
