? WHAT TO BRING? : Large beach towel, or blanket for wider coverage over sand. A Yoga mat is NOT needed but can be placed beneath a blanket for more stability if you have one.
Water to drink, and/ or picnic if you're staying after class.
It gets chilly on the beach at night. You will sweat! Bring layers/cover-up for meditation.
Something to protect your items if we get a sprinkle of rain, from the healing ocean mist, or if you take an ocean dip.
We will have AMBER lighting on the beach during the event, but if you're planning to stay afterward, byo light or enjoy the moonlight. (It is turtle nesting season. NO white lights on the beach ) NO BATHROOMS ON THE BEACH ( across at shops & hotels )
For safety: Only trained service animals on a leash must stay on the owner's space. Small children must be watched at all times!!! They like to play and wander away, keep them on your space and quiet for the meditation, especially close by when it's dark on the beach.

Between NE 9th Street ( Lifeguard St #13 ) & Vistamar St (Lifeguard St #12 )
( moon events are closer to Vistamar st and there is more parking )
This is a wide open - quiet area - with no crowded beach chairs & plenty of hourly metered parking. Down the block from all major hotels and resorts & small food shops, bars, and convenience stores.
LOOK FOR COLORFUL PRAYER FLAGS & AMBER LIGHTS on the beach.

-> Fastest: 1) Across the street from class, we have plenty of street parking with hourly meters at Vistamar St, NE 9th Street & surrounding beachside streets.
2) Paid valet parking is available at hotels.
-> Free: 1) All-day free parking just a couple blocks west of the beach ( *near our main beach location) there are a few streets a couple blocks west of the beach - drive west on Vistamar St and pass the metered streets till you see the open streets with no meters on Vistamar st, Antioch Ave & Bayshore Dr. They have empty lots with free parking around them. Parking in this area is a 5-minute walk to our main beach location.
2) Galleria Mall area on the mainland. On the west side of Sunrise Blvd bridge, are areas around the mall with free parking. Walking from this area to our main beach locations is 15 minutes.
? WEATHER: ☔ ⚡ Any delays or cancellations, we try to announce 60 minutes before the event to all ticket holders. We watch the by-the-hour forecasts and radar for our location. *HIGHLY SUGGESTED* check your email and/or the website home page weather alerts tab B4 coming: www.BeachYogaFit.com
*keep in mind, Florida rain cells usually pass quickly and/ or rain does not come over to our event location. A light rain or healing sea mist can happen during class, so bring a water-resistant cover-up.
