A special Full Moon gathering

Why: An opportunity to let the power of this full moon project your fullest potential to higher degrees. The moon pours down a tremendous amount of energy, remember that whatever is going on in your body, mind, and spirit will be amplified. A perfect time to help us gain awareness in places we weren’t necessarily looking. Join us to breathe, chant, elevate, and open our hearts.
When: Wednesday April 1st - at 8 PM - on the sand of Hollywood Beach, Fl
Where: Behind Hollywood Cultural Arts center on the beach. Directions below.
*** Be aware that other yoga classes may be happening at this beach. Arrive on time to avoid confusion. We will gather close to the lifeguard station.
Bring water, mosquito repellent, a yoga mat /or a blanket to lay on the sand plus something to keep you warm during rest after the yoga.
This all-level, family-friendly class combines kriya yoga with simple restorative postures and meditation, ending with an extended savasana to soak up the moonlight. Expect to dive deeply into inward reflection and grounding in relation to the energy of the moon.

On A1A turn into Azalea Terrace (just past The Summit) which is just south of Hollywood Blvd and park behind the Hollywood Cultural Center, and walk onto the beach.
This is a donation-based event. Everyone is welcome! The original & oldest yoga on the beach event is back!
