Full Moon Yoga Nidra & Reiki Sound Bath

The full moon is a time of clearing out the old to create space for the new. Harnessing the energy of the snow moon, Bex will be guiding you through this 75 minute restorative journey with the addition of hands on reiki healing and the soothing sounds of the Tibetan sound bowls played by Ricardo. This relaxation is designed to cleanse, heal and rejuvinate. Clearing out the old while preparing you for all the possibilities and opportunities of 2023!

What to Expect

-Settle in to a 45 minute deep "yogic sleep" with this yoga nidra session, induced by guided meditation harnessing the energy of the full moon with a focus on energetic release and restoration.

-30 minute reiki-infused sound healing. Settle into chakra tuned sounds whilst receiving hands-on reiki healing (optional) to aid you in healing any energetic blocks.

What to Bring

Please bring your own mat, a blanket, a jumper or extra layer of clothing, cosy socks and any props you may and wish to use such as blocks or a bolster. Eye masks are also a good idea if you have one!

What to wear

Please wear anything comfy - come in your pyjamas if you like! You just need to be able to relax in comfort.
