Please join us in this all levels Vinyasa class during the rise of the full moon over the ocean on Delray Beach! Come take an hour for yourself to quiet the mind and energize the body and spirit.
We begin with a moon meditation to open, followed by moon salutations, a cool down. The class ends as the moon rises over the ocean!
Please bring yourselves, a water bottle, and any friends who may be interested. Towels and water will be provided upon request. Valet parking is free. We will meet just south of the Casuarina Road in front of the Seagate Beach Club.
