Full Moon - February - NEW LOCATIONYou and your friends are invited to join Warrior Flow Family for Strength & Yoga - February Edition at the beach on 12th st. (NEW LOCATION)
30min Full Body Workout - All levels - starting at 6:00pm.
Yoga will begin at 6:30pm.
Time: Sunday, February 5th 6 pm to 7:30pm
$15 Ticket.
NEW LOCATION: 12th st (gay beach)
Everyone is welcome, but you must RSVP even if you have participated in previous full moon events.
The sales of tickets help us with the cost of setting up and paying those who help us to organize and run the event.
Meeting Point: The beach at 12th Street next to the PRIDE life guard station (South Beach)
What to Bring: a beach towel, or sheet, or mat (mats and towels won’t be provided), reusable bottle of water, and optional extra layer in case you get chilly.
Kids are welcome. Well behaved dogs are welcome.
You are also invited to stay at the end of the yoga flow to hold the space and join us for a short full moon ritual as we wait for the full moon to rise.

About Adrian Molina:
Adrian Molina has been teaching yoga since 2004, with an extensive worldwide following through his platform and school of yoga, Warrior Flow. Adrian is also a writer, meditation teacher, sound therapist, End-of-Life Doula, Mental Health First Aid facilitator, an ambassador for Accessible Yoga and Yoga for All, and a TCTSY-F Trauma-sensitive Yoga Facilitator. Adrian is recognized as a community organizer and creator of The Warrior Flow Foundation, a 501c3 non profit that brings the benefits of movement, therapeutic and accessible yoga, mindfulness, and stress reduction tools to schools, shelters, hospitals, police, and first responders. He is also the co-founder of Warrior Flow TV, an online video platform that makes fitness and yoga accessible to anyone, anywhere, anytime.

Warrior Flow LLC was founded in the early 2000’s in New York City by Adrian Molina. Originating as an inclusive, accessible and community-friendly approach to yoga, it grew quickly into a “studio without walls” encompassing various modalities of yoga, fitness, community activism, training, education, destination retreats, online resources, and a nonprofit organization.
