Many cultures call May’s full moon the Flower Moon, signifying the abundant blooming of the spring season! Join Elizabeth and Brooke for this all levels workshop celebrating the Flower Moon. The sun will have just shifted into the sign of Gemini and this full moon lands in Sagittarius urging us to consider what’s next. Brooke will help connect participants to the moons energy by diffusing essential oils selected specifically with Sagittarius profiles and will be offering Reiki healing. Elizabeth will be guiding participants through an intuitive yoga practice encouraging participants to go inward embracing the Sagittarius themes of wisdom and adventure and releasing what no longer serves.
