Full Moon Yoga at the Barn

The Full Moon is associated with harmony, balance, intuition and enlightenment. This can also be a time to release any negativity and put an end to any cycles, habits or relationship that are no longer serving you.
Our 2nd ever Full Moon Yoga at the Barn will be a night of conscious breath-work, deep release and alignment through slow-paced and intentional movement. The "Yin-style" sequence will incorporate cooling and passive poses, encouraging peace and harmony for the body, mind, and spirit. The session will be followed by a brief guided meditation, moon tea, and cookies!
Join us for a night of magic, movement and meditation at our beautiful historical barn at La Cuesta Ranch, San Luis Obispo.
