Join us for an enchanting experience in Yoga Bohemia’s North Beach Haven studio at our Full moon yoga and sound bath ceremony! The ceremony will begin with an opening prayer for protection and energetic cleansing.
Justine will lead the class through a gentle yoga practice and share an astrological update.
While the yoga is flowing, Beth will create a sound bath with ethereal sounds and vibrations from the medicine drum, crystal pyramid, zephyr chimes, shruti box, gong, and Alchemy Crystal Bowls by Crystal Tones.
The soothing sounds and frequencies will harmonize with each persons energy field, creating balance and overall well being.
Participants usually experience deep relaxation, inner peace, feeling balanced, calm and recharged.
Beth of Ancestral Wisdom Healing is a proud partner and distributor of Crystal Tones, who produce the highest quality crystal bowls in the world. Her personal set include bowls made out of; moldavite, ruby, emerald, Sedona red rock and more.
