Welcome to **Full Moon Yoga and Sound Healing with Papa Guru and Friends**! Join us at **InterContinental Miami, an IHG Hotel** for a rejuvenating experience under the full moon. Each month we have a Theme driven by the Moon. In the month of November we will honor the Bever's Full Moon. It is a time to prepare for the winter. Will invoke that etheral lunar energy with a relaxing yoga session led by Papa Guru, followed by a sound healing session by One of the many talented Sound Healers. Let the soothing sounds and energy of the full moon guide you to a state of peace and balance. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to connect with yourself and the universe. See you there!

Healing Sound Bath
Each month we feature a local sound healer to take you to higher states of consciousness, bliss and ecstasy.
Sound Yoga, Nada Yoga, Mantra Chanting purifies our energy channels. Removing blockages, allowing us to more fully express our true selves. Come and experience it for yourself.
This upcoming Harvest Full Moon, our guest Sound Healer wil soften our hearts and let the etheral full moon energy seep in and intertwine with our intention. The result is PURE BLISS.
